SUMMARY:Day of Action: Bell and Williamson County
DESCRIPTION:Join Americans for Prosperity-Texas for a community block walk focused on one of AFP-Texas’ Policy Priorities: The Economy. \n\nProperty Tax relief was great but not totally realized in our personal budget. Now AFP-Texas is leading the message that tax RELIEF is not tax REFORM. \n\nWe will block walk in our neighborhoods to talk about Tax Reform and putting money back into our pockets. \n\n“Freedom Is Bigger in Texas” is possible when we act together – AFP Grassroots engaging.

SUMMARY:Day of Action: Longview
DESCRIPTION:Join our grassroots movement to unburden our wallets and play a part in ensuring Freedom\, Opportunity\, and Prosperity for Texans. Property taxes are burning holes in our back pockets because out of control spending has resulted in generational debt. \nVolunteers with Americans For Prosperity will be walking through neighborhoods and knocking on doors during our National Day of Action\, September 20th. Property taxes are the HOT topic of conversation across the Lone Star State. \nDespite the Texas Legislature’s $18 BILLION relief package in 2023\, many have not seen lower tax statements. Did you notice any real change in your property taxes? \nRelief is not working-budget increases and debt keep driving our taxes higher. We need real REFORM so every Texan an seize their own version of prosperity! \nWe would love to have you join us for an engaging Day of Action. Reach out today\, activate your voice\, and drive positive change in tax policy for our great state. \n
