SUMMARY:Longview\, TX: Lunch and Learn on Property Tax Reform
DESCRIPTION:Meet Americans For Prosperity Grassroots Engagement Directors for lunch at the Cotton Patch as we bring awareness about local spending and the debt that is holding our wallets hostage. \nTexas needs property tax reform because relief is not making its way to the people. The Texas Legislature has delivered $18 Billion in relief\, but has your property tax statement reflected a reduction? Appraisal districts keep increasing our values\, and local municipalities increase their budgets. Our property taxes reflect this out of control spending. \nThe people are ready for real property tax reform. Join our grassroots efforts to bring awareness to the citizens\, so Texans can live their lives filled with Freedom\, Opportunity\, and Prosperity. \nVisit Freedomisbigger.com to find events near you.
